Here at the Christmas Pudding Factory we are always on the lookout for artisan handcrafted products that complement our puddings and celebrate the traditions of Christmas. This year we are excited to offer these exquisite Christmas Truffles from artisan baking company, Pōhutukawa Pantry. Each box contains 6 truffles.
Just like us, their products are made with time and care, using high quality and mainly local ingredients. Drawn from recipes shared over four generations, they use a careful process of slow maturing that holds in moisture, enhances spices and aromas and delivers the rich intense flavours that sing of Christmas.
These delicious Christmas Truffles are divine and contain a magical depth of taste by using Christmas cake portions that are carefully aged with brandy for up to three years. Blended with festive nuts, fresh lemon and orange zest, rolled by hand and dipped in pure rich dark chocolate. Drizzling of white chocolate over our truffles is the perfect finishing touch to a self-indulgent treat.
A delicious little luxury enjoyed best from the fridge. Beware – just one may not be sufficient!
