We are happy to offer Christmas Puddings made with Gluten Free ingredients!
We know there are many people who don’t tolerate gluten well, so we offer Christmas puddings made with naturally gluten free ingredients! They taste just as good as our traditional puddings, so if in doubt when purchasing for people, these are a great option.
Please note these puddings are made in a facility that also processes wheat flour.
We make our delicious Christmas Puddings here in New Zealand with care, just the way Grandma used to. Our in-house baker hand makes small batches so quality is never sacrificed.
Our puddings are made with time honoured ingredients like brandy and suet giving a depth to the flavour.
Many of the ingredients are sourced locally, including oranges from our 120 year tree on the family farm.
We take pride in our wholesome puddings which are traditionally steamed and matured months before the Christmas season. This ensures the best flavour possible, making your Christmas dessert time that much more enjoyable.
Puddings made with ingredients that are naturally free from gluten are available in red cloth only.

While processes are in place to minimize cross contamination, we can not guarantee this does not happen.
